Neckerchief Rules
- The neckerchief identifies and represents the troop; hence
- It must be kept clean at all time.
- It must be worn over the collar not underneath.
- It can not be used as jewel, napkin, or seat cloth or cleaning cloth.
- It can not be used to represent any religion, party, group or individual.
- Except in first aid, emergency cases NEVE R wear or use the neckerchief of another unit.
- It can not be worn in restaurant or casino.
- It must be returned to the troop if you are no longer its member.
- The neckerchief can be used for
- Wearing with Scout uniform.
- First Aid.
- Protecting your head, face in foul weather.
